**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and coordination within the construction industry. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. **Responsibilities:** - Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are on track - Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets - Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues - Monitor project progress and address any delays or problems that arise - Maintain project documentation and reports - Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates - Assist in the evaluation of project performance and outcomes **Experience:** - Proficiency in construction management software - Strong project management skills - Experience in project coordination and contract management - Knowledge of tools such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Primavera - Familiarity with construction sites and blueprint reading - Excellent time management skills This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects within a dynamic team environment. Pay: $25.35 - $27.01 per hour
