Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) are designed to offer structured support and therapy to promote long-term recovery and mental well-being.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee our co-occurring PHP and IOP. The ideal candidate will have a background in both substance use disorder and mental health programs, with proven supervisory skills. This role is crucial to ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and effective program management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the PHP and IOP.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor and manage program budgets.
• Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide direct care as needed, including crisis intervention and therapeutic support.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working in substance use disorder and mental health programs.
• Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and best practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
