- Maintains accurate inventory of spare and replacement maintenance parts; verifies and ensures the availability of critical and non-critical parts; communicates shortages that could impact machine reliability
- Perform cycle counts at set intervals to verify accuracy of computer systems and perform inventory control adjustments
- Prepares accurate parts orders based on min/max level shortage report
- Sources, procures, and prepare quotations; evaluates supplier response, negotiates, issues purchase orders and files documentation to support selection of supplier
- Receive incoming parts and reconcile with eRequestor purchase orders and/or invoices
- Compare and update descriptions, stock numbers, vendor information, pricing and all other pertinent information to ensure accuracy of orders and usefulness of the computer systems
- Review files to determine unused items and recommend removal of excess or obsolete parts stock
- Communicated with Maintenance Technicians for purchase requirements; assist Maintenance Technicians in providing necessary materials for completion of work orders including parts for issue to work orders
- Manages MP2 Computerized Maintenance Management System as system administrator and ensures system integrity and user training
- Assists with physically locating missing stock items
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- 1 year Experience with inventory and maintenance planning software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees across multiple departments
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision
- You must be at least 21 years of age to work for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
- Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment, post offer background check.
