Physical and Environmental Requirements
In order to perform required duties to carry, move or lift supplies and materials; work with computers, copiers, equipment and supplies: the employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear, use hands to manipulate, type, handle or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with hands and arms.
Work is conducted at residential and office sites. Drives to and from other work sites for meetings, in-service, or training may be required. The employee may be subject to adverse weather conditions when driving.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
Must meet the agency’s guidelines with respect to a criminal background check.
Must have basic computer skills including Word, Outlook, and internet-based knowledge as well as how to navigate and complete basic tasks.
Schedule:
The Quality Improvement Manager works a flexible full-time schedule as needed to meet the needs of the agency and clients served. Residential staff work 24/7, so a flexible schedule is needed to a accommodate full support of staff.
