Job Title: Signal Patrol Guard

Location: Dallas, TX 75244

Schedule: Must have flexibility to work any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), including weekends.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

Position Summary:

A Signal Patrol Guard conducts patrols (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure all required access points are secured and to protect property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. Additional duties as listed in the site’s Post Orders are required as well.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile security services while operating company patrol vehicle according to site-specific instructions/post orders.
• Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology and web/app-based software during each shift.
• Consistently arrive on time for shifts, follow instructions, dress code, and appearance standards.
• Interact with internal and external customers on-site, cultivating a customer service relationship.
• Communicate promptly with the Advanced Patrol Guard or Branch Patrol Supervisor to report any customer or property-related information and concerns.
• Responsible for the assigned vehicle during the shift, including fueling, washing, interior cleanliness, and inspecting.
• Take care of any Signal equipment assigned during the shift, such as radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices.
• Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
• Consistently deescalate issues through professional communication.
• Communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor through the Daily Scrum to receive and disseminate information such as client needs, route changes, and post order updates to ensure operational excellence.
