Reports to : Director of Fleet Services

Positions Supervised : None

Travel Required : Occasional as to attend annual convention and seminars, less than 25%

Compensation : Salary exempt; based on experience

Office Hours : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Role.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing dealer services department committed to excellence and commendable customer service.

This role’s main objective is to provide customer support to our franchise owners by providing seamless vehicle services and support.

We offer fleet-related solutions and programs for our growing franchise network to assist in the procuring, upfitting, and financing of approved fleet vehicles.

This full-time position offers a variety of duties including dealership services and operations, vendor partner support, fleet telematics / tracking, and brand compliance.

What You’ll Do in This Role.

Account Management 50%

  • Maintain a working knowledge of dealership products, services, and systems.
  • Ensure vehicles are prepared and transported efficiently to meet associated deadlines.
  • Maintain records of quality control on all incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Assist in the record keeping of administrative and compliance requirements for the Fleet Services department including but not limited to all auto sale deals and vendor invoices.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of franchise agreement compliance and brand standards regarding vehicles and fleet services.
  • Responsible for identifying and addressing issues in a proactive fashion.
  • Assist in the transition of Franchise locations specifically relating to vehicle re-financing and registering to new ownership, wraps, upfitting, and other fleet needs.

Relationship Management 30%

  • Provide excellent customer service and relationship management for all Fleet Services customers and vendors.
  • Remain knowledgeable of current brand and company procedures in order to provide accurate information and exceptional customer service to all customers.

Administrative 20%

  • Successfully execute auto and financing deals from start to finish in a timely manner while performing necessary follow up communications and tasks.
  • Establish and maintain fleet telematics and forecasting models. Help administer telematics vendors and maintain a good working knowledge of each system.

Qualifications / Knowledge :

  • Associate degree in related field or 3 years of administrative experience

The Office Environment :

As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent.

Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).

Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator, computer keyboard, and phone.
