As an Operations Manager, you will:
· Be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and managing all day-to-day operations of the franchise.
· Ensure monthly work schedules are posted 30 days in advance and make daily changes as needed.
· Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of all Signal vehicles.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
· Implement and oversee training programs and staff development.
· Manage operational KPIs to ensure quality service delivery.
· Collaborate with team on hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
· Conduct regular meetings and communicate operational priorities.
To qualify as an Operations Manager with us:
· Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree. Applicants with military or police experience, regardless of bachelor’s degree attainment, are strongly encouraged to apply. Veterans are especially valued in our selection process.
· 2 years of management or leadership experience.
· Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
· Flexible availability to align with business needs, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
· Must pass background check and drug screen.
· Ability to lift equipment up to 20 pounds.
