Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Signarama PittsburghKey Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure accurate project specifications and timely delivery of signage solutions.
- Assist customers with selecting the right signage solutions for their needs, offering advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Manage orders, quotes, and invoicing efficiently and accurately using our internal systems.
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional environment for both customers and team members.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledge of the signage industry is a plus, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
