Position Description: In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects, including indoor/outdoor signage, tradeshow displays, wall murals, vehicle wraps, banners, donor walls, large physical displays, and other interior branding elements for large organizations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential to excel in this position. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and drive, not necessarily all of the needed skillsets on day one. We invest in our team members and are committed to providing the training and resources necessary for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
Design various signage and graphics projects, including interior space designs
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions
Continuously learn and adapt to new design techniques, software, and industry trends
Ensure design work is of high quality and adheres to brand guidelines and client specifications
Present design concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
Requirements:
Experience in vector and raster design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Creative mind and interest in generating unique designs for customers
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
