Signature Management is Hiring a Land Development Coordinator Near Las Vegas, NV

Land Department Coordinator

Job Summary:

Well-established, New Home Builder and professional Property Management Company, Signature Management, LLC is hiring for a Land Development Coordinator. Under direct supervision, the Land Department Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Land Team on all land department matters.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Land Team to support regular updates of project schedules, budgets, and internal reporting.
  • Receive, distribute, and file all documents for the department, including documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain project files, ensuring organized and accurate document control in coordination with other departments.
  • Prepare, scan, file, and track land contracts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to land acquisition due diligence and land disposition turnover.
  • Prepare and process check requests and route documents for signatures.
  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain land development permits, including but not limited to SWPP and Dust Control.
  • Assist Land Development field operations by ordering and coordinating the delivery of jones valves, water meters, site signage, and other requested items.
  • Manage confidential information.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

  • High School Graduate required
  • Two years minimum administrative experience.
  • Experience with land development, homebuilding, real estate, or construction office experience preferred, but not required.
  • Required proficiency with MS Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize assignments required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

After six months of employment, the coordinator will be allowed to work remotely one day per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
