We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator, who will assist in coordinating proposals from bid decision to proposal submission. The Coordinator will analyze solicitation documents and digest submission requirements into compliant response templates (e.g., compliance matrices, proposal outlines). This individual will support Marketing and Communications Teams as requested, develop high quality, compliant content for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SSN, and Task Order responses. This person will be an integral part of rapidly growing firm reporting directly to the VP of Proposals and will work closely with Growth and Delivery teams. 

\nRequired Skills/Experience
  • 1-2 years (minimum) experience coordinating proposal efforts for Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies
  • Ability to coordinate proposals from initial conception through final delivery, including content development, technical writing, editing, and proposal presentation
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple proposal activities, ensure proposal schedules are adhered to, and compliance and on-time submission are achieved
  • Lead color team reviews of proposal responses, assist in storyboards, win themes and solutioning sessions according to the Shipley proposal process
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Experience responding to various IDIQ/BPA Task Orders, RFPs/RFQs
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
