As a Distribution Network EHS Leader, you'll be responsible to oversee the EHS program, deploy and audit key objectives, and standardize the EHS prevention model across Cooper/Signify NAM Distribution Centers to create and foster an environment of safe work standards.

What you'll doDesign, develop, and implement the Lighting EHS programand EHS standard work in our DC Network; ensure and inspire DC Site Leaders/Managers/Leads to create and deploy standardized, sustainable, and scalable Safety EHS prevention programs to meet company objectives and targets.
Establish, implement, train, and audit to KPI's, ensuring a proactive approach to keeping teammates safe and minimizing company exposure; engage DC employees in identifying workplace hazards and instill a courage to stop/report.
Own incident investigation and reporting for severe incidents and the EHS audit program to manage risk and secure compliance for the Cooper/Signify NAM DC's, Peachtree City Facility and Midtown Atlanta Office.
Participate in new venture integration projects. Ensure content and execution of EHS integration action plan.
Keep abreast of global best practices and all pertinent worldwide EHS legislation and standards, providing interpretation and guidance to businesses.
Bachelor's degree in EHS, or related field, and 7 years of EHS DC/Warehouse industry experience (America's experience a plus: US, Mexico, and Canada)
OSHA, HAZMAT, Train the Trainer level certifications
Multi-site management experience and willingness to travel regularly to all sites within scope; initial travel up to 50% required
Ability to effectively present in multiple formats, Video, Live, Seminar/Training environments
Strategic influencer, collaborative and data driven

Salary:$115,300 - 169,070
Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 15%
