Key Responsibilities :

• Research and evaluate bid opportunities using specialized software.
• Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze cost data, ensuring high-quality bids.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support project execution.
• Develop pricing strategies and prepare timely bid submissions.

What We're Looking For :

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A valid driver's license is required.
