In this newly established role you will be leading and expanding Dielectric business of Sika in EMEA, leading a team and winning new customers. For this role we will be considering various locations within Germany as well as possibility of remote contract. Our Goals – Your path
Elaborate and execute the business plan for the market segment Dielectric to drive the Dielectric business in EMEA and position Sika as the leading supplier in this market
Manage an international sales team across EMEA (team size 3-5 people)
Develop and expand relationships with customers to understand their needs and create market access by establishing a strong network with market players
Establish internal network across all the organization (Sales, Product Management, Technical Service, R&D, etc.)
Create, guide and support a dedicated network of experts across the industry (on global, regional and local level)
Analyse the market to discover leading market trends and identify product and system needs to drive future innovations
Regularly track the sales revenue, profitability and performance within the market segment
QualificationsYour expertise – Our strength
Higher education and strong technical background in Chemistry or Electronics
Minimum 10 years of experience in the dielectric or electronic market, with last 5 years being in Sales
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with an aptitude for communicating in an international environment
Good knowledge in supplier’s contracts/agreements
Strong Project Management skills
Team-worker who collaborates well with both customers and colleagues
Fluency in English and German
Willingness to travel in EMEA (up to 60%)
