A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

As an Administrative Intern, you will assist with administrative duties, managing incoming faxes and document uploads, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, managing the team email box, and following up on missing information. This role requires patience, adaptability, and listening skills to handle all requests and concerns. Other duties may be assigned per the department's needs.

SILAC is looking for a detail-oriented individual that can assist in the research and resolution of situations that vary in nature. SILAC provides ongoing training to enhance the knowledge and accuracy in responding to inquiries of diverse complexity.

ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with PC applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook

ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN WORK SCHEDULE

Our hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM MT. Shifts will start between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM MT.
