- Daily Cash Application processing. Includes lockbox, ACH’s and onsite deposits.
- Processing Credit Cards
- Manage the Collection Queue - Key Accounts
- Print Daily invoice batch and send to 3rd party vendor.
- Highly involved with Job deposits and install payments.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Assist with questions from the team.
- Research and reconcile customer accounts.
- Special projects and assignments as needed.
- 3 years’ experience in AR.
- Effective Communicator with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal departments.
- Must be able to prioritize workload, goals, deadlines and tasks consistent with the departmental objectives.
- Must embrace and be willing to adapt to change.
- Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint: Intermediate to advanced proficiency
- Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check
