**$4000 Hiring Bonus **

**Starting pay is $33.65 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential**

Shift: 6PM – 6AMon a 2-2-3Rotating shift

• 6PM – 6AM shift, work 36 hours Week One and 48 hours plus overtime Week 2.

**What you’ll do:**

• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, construct, install, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform quality checks on machinery as needed.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain a high-speed can manufacturing line.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances.
• Collaborate with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Complete assigned standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**We need you to have:**

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency.

• Trade school or apprenticeship preferred.

• Mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong mechanical diagram knowledge.
