Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst who is an Excel data guru to join their team! This role will focus on financial reporting and incentive plan reporting across the organization.
Location: This role will have a hybrid schedule of remote and onsite work based out of Vinings, Atlanta, GA.
Compensation: $100-$125K base salary bonus
Here is what you will be doing:
- Compile data and requirements for Incentive Plans/Compensation excel spreadsheets and prepare calculations in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all incentive plans
- Create recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Manage communication, address incentive-related queries from stakeholders, and provide weekly updates to stakeholders
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, incentive compensation, and/or data mining.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Index Match, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros).
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Experience handling large volumes of data.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Proficiency with SQL is a plus
