WhatYou'll Do The reportinganalyst will provide expertise in acquiring, managing, manipulating, andanalyzing clinical and financial data to understand, make conclusions, andreport results to various organizational departments. This position alsorequires maintaining communication and collaboration with our third-party ITcompany.
Administrate current PowerBI environment.
Assist staff in building,accessing, and utilizing standard dashboards and reports.
Research and supportprocess improvement and QI initiatives.
Develop graphs, reports,and presentations of project results.
Design and build acloud-based analytics database and evaluate other appropriate data sources orentry methodologies as needed.
Identify data qualityand other data issues and recommend resolving them.
Advise clinic andOperations staff on the impact of procedure changes on analytics.
Generate and manageroutine reports throughout the organization.
Point of contact betweenSiloam Health and our IT company to address communication and collaborationduring significant IT issues.
Support in maintaininginternal inventory of all equipment.
Perform other ad-hocprojects or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

2-3 years of advancedExcel experience (Power Query, Pivot Tables, etc.)
1-2 years of datavisualization experience (Power BI preferred)
Bachelor's degree in arelated field.
Experience with Athenahealthor another EMR a plus.
Experience in the grants-fundedenvironment a plus.
1-2 years of essentialSQL a plus

Exceptional organizational skills, such as being detail-oriented,allow for developing data-driven reports.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projectsto meet deadlines.
Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivottables, graphs, and charts.
