Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of modular construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively manage resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, or equivalent job experience.
  • 4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in modular construction or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
