Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, safety protocols, and quality control inspections.
- Collaborate with project managers, modular production factory and subcontractors to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Foster a culture of safety and teamwork, leading by example to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years previous experience in construction management, with a focus on modular construction preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
