Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect employee timesheets and verify hours
- Prepare payroll reports and journal entries
- Maintain employee records
- Timely manage payroll enquiries and rectify any issues
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and payroll records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of time and attendance processes.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.
Education and Experience:
- Associates/Bachelor of Science Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years payroll experience
Physical Requirements:
- The work is performed primarily in the office. Occasional telework is permitted with prior approval.
