Silver Leaf SWPPP is looking for a passionate leader who’s ready to make a difference and lead our installation team in one of the fastest growing SWPPP Companies in the state of Idaho. We are looking for the next Install Crew Lead to join our Silver Leaf SWPPP Family! We are a company that provides full SWPPP services, including the installation and maintenance of the erosion control products for construction sites throughout Idaho. 

Responsibilities:

• • Ability to manage multiple crews and projects.
  • • Schedules/coordinates/supports the installation with crews on multiple construction sites.
    • Communicates effectively with crew members and Regional Ops Manager to ensure their success. 

• Assists the Regional Operations Manager in all aspects of Silver Leaf.
• • Supports and upholds the Silver Leaf standard of Compliance.
  • Instills a culture of hard work and quality throughout their team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Good problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to Lead and Manage a Team and take OWNERSHIP!!!

Expectations:

• • Willing to work in all weather conditions because we provide year round service. 
  • Responsive and able to communicate through email, phone calls and texting. 
  • • Must be able to lift 100 pounds and be in good physical condition

• Keeping track, organizing, recording inventory.
• • Basic knowledge of Construction site safety
• Ability to drive truck and trailer, as well as operating a Skid-steer
• • Ability to interpret site plans and relay this information to their crew. 
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • We provide PPE including helmet, visibility vest and safety glasses.
• Employee provides a high ankle steel toe boot and work gloves. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $24 per hour depending on experience.
