Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our field staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Your role will involve managing schedules, providing guidance and support to field employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff, including nurses, technicians, and support staff
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery
- Provide guidance, training, and support to field employees to ensure high-quality patient care
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and incidents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of utilization review, medical imaging, coding, medical documentation, Cerner system, dialysis procedures, vital signs monitoring, utilization management, and patient care
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
