Part-Time Position *Availability for weekends*

Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator role is to assist the marketing team in implementing marketing promotions and special events. Responsible for the maintenance of marketing assets and inventory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in overall prioritization and successful timing of marketing events and promotions.
2. Coordinate weekly gift events, including setup and distribution.
3. Maintain accurate inventory management to ensure items are properly cataloged and store in warehouse; organize and maintain inventory counts, and updating records of inbound and outbound promotional merchandise.
4. Coordinate the set up promotional events, giveaways, tournaments and special events by ensuring promotional items including gifts, decor and signage are procured and arranged,
5. Maintains on-property digital and print collateral to be accurate and relevant and actively remove any expired content.
6. Responsible for takedown, load-in promootional products in varying weights and sizes.
7. Maintains confidential files of the department and sample books of marketing collateral.
8. Assist in maintaining awareness of and effectively communicate to other staff, property wide/company promotions, events and programs. Keep employees/guests informed of any changes as they occur.
9. Comply with all Internal Controls, Company, departmental and safety policies, procedures and regulations.
10. Utilize proper conduct of professionalism in compliance with company standards.
11. Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgement, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.
12. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma required. One to two years related experience in events, marketing hospitality or retail.

QUALIFICATIONS

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Drivers License, Alcohol Card, and NV Gaming Control Board registration required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

COMPUTER SKILLS

Microsoft Office skills required.
