We are looking for great PDN nurses (LVN & RN's ) for our wonderful adult patients in the following areas.

CONROE 77301 weekday 2p-10p PEDI

CONROE 77301 MON & SAT 7:30AM-5:30 PM ADULT Vent, Trach, GB, seizures, prn O2

CONROE 77385 8AM-6PM MON-SAT PEDIG TUBE

The nurses will focus on the medical needs and medical treatment that is ordered for the patients, in their homes. They will be expected to assess their patients' conditions multiple times during every shift. Document timely in Kantime EMR.

Experience providing care for patients with a variety of conditions:

• Ventilator and tracheostomy care
• G-tube care and management
• Seizure management
• Oxygen management
• Administering medications and therapies
