- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

- Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions in the database

- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues

- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement

- Upsell products or services when appropriate
