Location: MO Eastern Region

Schedule: Sunday through Saturday

Status: Full-time (exempt)

Compensation: Starting $50K Annually

We are searching for a Security Supervisor to add to our team that will manage our accounts in the city and suburbs of St Louis, MO. You will work closely with the rest of our operations team to ensure our clients are receiving outstanding service from our armed officers. The typical duties of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage a team of security officers and team leads throughout the city and suburbs
• Create and enforce post orders for client sites
• Manage and organize the schedule for all assigned officers
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines in relation to our services
• Create solutions to minimize overtime among officers
• Be the point of contact for our clients to discuss issues, needs, and feedback
• Train new employees to ensure they understand all requirements of the post
• Administer safety programs for all client sites
• Audit timecards of all subordinate officers
• Coordinate with Operations and Human Resources Department to ensure all site locations are adequately staffed

Requirements:

• Must have high school diploma/GED. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have valid Armed Security License For St Louis Metro County.
• Must be able to able to obtain any necessary firearm and security licenses 30 days after hire.
• Ability to be on call at all times to resolve client site issues and scheduling conflicts.
• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• Be able to fluently write, speak, and read English.
• An expert in security operations and understands all laws and regulations for armed officers in Missouri.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a valid State of Missouri Driver’s License.
• Be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
