Schedule: Location 1: Part-time Sunday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM || Location 2: Full-time Sunday - Tuesday 7 AM - 7 PM

Compensation: $19.00 hourly (weekly pay)

Silver Star is looking for security professionals that possess superior customer service skills as they are a prerequisite for employment. Serving our partners is our top priority. We strive to provide clients with industry safeguards and bespoke solutions to operate their business in the proper manner. Silver Star will be providing on-site security and compliance services as well as transportation of medical cannabis.
Job Duties
· Perform security patrols of external and internal areas of locations.
· Greet customers upon entrance.
· Heavy visual inspections.
· Monitor surveillance and security alarm systems.
· Provide assistance to business owners in emergency situations.
· Keep detailed logs and records of incidents at assigned locations.
· Work with Field Supervisors on scheduling officers and customer communication
· Other duties assigned by Silver Star Protection Management
Qualifications
· Must be dependable and on time for work each scheduled day.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Great sense of urgency.
· Problem-solving and detail-orientation skills.
· Military or law enforcement background preferred.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Current driver’s license and dependable transportation.
· Must be able to obtain a MO DHSS Agent ID for working at a Cultivation/Dispensary.
· Must have or be able to obtain the applicable St Louis City/County Armed Security Licenses.
· Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
· A professional appearance and demeanor.
· Able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time.
