| Project Estimator Location: Memphis, TN COMPANY OVERVIEW: Silver Tree Residential, LLC is a privately-owned Memphis-based multifamily and senior residential real estate company that owns and operates 99 properties in 25 states totaling over 12,000 units. James Carmichael formed STR in 2008 to achieve the quality standards that he strived for in each of his housing communities. Given the effectiveness of our acquisition team along with our level of capital, we have the ability to grow at a continued pace for many years. Our goal is to own and manage a large portfolio of senior housing units with an average deal size of 150 units per community in major metropolitan markets throughout the US. THE OPPORTUNITY: As our equity base continues to grow at a rapid rate, we are able to acquire many new communities each year. You will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial but stable company, which will afford you the opportunity to wear many hats and grow in this position. | ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills for this Project Estimator role. The position will report to the Owner and President and be based in our East Memphis office. The qualified candidate will work closely with Senior Management on a daily basis to ensure the following responsibilities are being met.
