Silverado Casino. Our energetic regional marketing team is looking for a new team member, who could take over our online and Casino floor marketing efforts and help us take them to the next level. We are not looking for a person who simply can maintain our fun pages and websites. Instead, the ideal candidate should: - have minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital advertising - have a deep understanding of social media platforms and strong budget management abilities - be able produce copy that accurately reflects our brand's unique personality - understand tools and technologies like SEO, MAIDs, AdWords, Web CMS, lookalike audiences, online retargeting, etc. - know gimmicks and unconventional methods of social media advertising Duties: - Defines social media campaigns as they align to the overall digital marketing strategy. - Schedules, publishes and shares content on all social media channels. - Establishes company's online reputation by building brand and service awareness. - Creates original content and align to content calendar. - Defines and set target audiences for social and web ad campaigns. - Manages the online advertising budget for campaigns. - Oversees A/B testing parameters and scheduling of the ads. - Actively monitors social mentions and engages in conversations across social channels and web properties. - Manages social listening tools. - Stays up to date on the latest in industry news. - Collaborates with in-house Graphic Designers and Marketing Mangers to ensure cohesive brand representation and to develop advertising assets for target customers. - Regularly builds brand visibility across social channels. - Proactively builds relationship between the audience and the brand. - Ensures that company's multiple websites are in compliance and up to the latest SEO standards Requirements - Must be 21 or older. - 2 years of professional experience in digital advertising. - Gaming industry experience is preferred but not required. - High School or equivalent required. - Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration is preferred but not required. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel proficiency is a plus). - Excellent Communication skills; i.e. reading, writing and general communication in English.
