- Have experience in senior living sales, marketing, or referral placement.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree (any field).
- Manage calls, actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
- Provide telephone support to our new and existing families by sharing education, pricing, and scheduling tours
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails.
- Develop new referral partnership agreements
- Deliver outstanding service and follow up
- Maintain accurate documentation for family follow up and provider information in our database
- Possess exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Compensation consists of a starting base of $16/hour commission and bonus plan. Annual average compensation is $60,000 - $80,000 with no cap to your earning potential!
