Oasis Regional Advisors is searching for Senior Living Advisors to join our nationwide referral placement service. Advisors qualify families and educate them on their options, provide resources and personal assistance in finding senior living communities. We are able to offer this valuable service at no cost to families based on referral fees generated from partner communities when a customer moves in from an Oasis referral. SummaryIdeal candidates are self-motivated, enjoy helping people and excel at sales! Our best candidates have sales/marketing experience but want to employ their skills in a meaningful way while working from home. Essentials Duties And Responsibilities
Deliver results and meet performance/sales goals & quotas
Manage calls, actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
Exceptionally well spoken; can speak with conviction and confidence
Guide our families through the process of choosing appropriate senior care options
Provide unlimited and ongoing telephone support to our new and existing families
Provide education, pricing and help schedule tours
Provide qualified leads to our partner providers
Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and emails
Develop new referral partnership agreements
Technical abilities include digital phone, chat and data entry
Time management, organization, follow-up, and multi-task skills
Provide outstanding service and follow up
Maintain accurate documentation for family follow up and provider information in our database
Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in senior living sales/marketing or referral placement service
Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills necessary, including Word and Excel
