A rapidly growing boutique Investment Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to directly support the Founder. This hybrid role will wear many hats including the role of EA to the Founder. Whether it is calendar management, travel arrangements, marketing projects, research or organizing files this is a fast-paced role at a great firm! There will be a great opportunity to learn as the EA will work closely with the Founder and team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quick-witted, and a true pro at multitasking. 4 days in office
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm/ 9am- 6pm with flexibility as needed
Responsibilities:
-Handle all schedules and calendars
-Manage travel arrangements, domestic and international
-Ad-hoc projects
-Anticipate needs and plan accordingly for them
-Assist with meeting coordination
-Assist with any overflow when needed
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree
-3-7 years of support experience
-Good judgment
-Very proactive and thorough approach
-Detail-oriented, organized, and quick-witted
-Ability and willingness to take initiative
-Exhibits utmost professionalism
-Ability to interact with variety of people
