How you will make an impact:The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the dining services program at our Assisted Living Facility. Ensure that dining services is operating appropriately by monitoring budgets, menus, cleaning schedules, and being a devoted steward of resident’s funds and belongings. The Director of Dining Services will ensure that all dining staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way.
The schedule is during the day with the flexibility to fill shifts as needed; some weekends and holidays are required.
What you will need:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dining Director; preferably in an Assisted Living or similar setting
  • Graduate of an accredited course in Culinary Arts or 5 years experience in a chef role
  • Serve Safe Certification
