- Job Title : Sterile Processing Technician (Allied)*
- Responsibilities : *
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment following established protocols.
- Assemble instrument trays and surgical packs accurately to support medical procedures.
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, restocking as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet the sterile processing needs of various departments.
- Skills : *
- Process instrumentation from OR and Off Sites
- Demonstrated knowledge of physiology and anatomy to understand medical instruments and their proper handling.
- Experience in sterile processing techniques to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management to track supplies efficiently.
- Familiarity with medical terminology for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Ability to perform tasks using aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment.

D / E / N shift - 11p-7a
Call required approx. every 3rd weekend- sat 8am-mon 8am
