General Summary of Job Duties:

This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles and Silverton’s Code of Conduct

General Summary of Job Duties

• Ability to handle cash and multitask.
• Making handcrafted beverages to meet Starbucks’ standards.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and body language.
• Requires prolonged standing and walking with full mobility (i.e. bending and reaching from a level height to 6 feet). Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds. Normal hearing, vision, hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity required.
• Ability to perform under stressful, demanding situations in perhaps small quarters of four feet or less, with four foot access and contact with Team Members and Guests.
• Ability to work in a smoking environment.
• Maintains an awareness of applicable laws and operates within those guidelines.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.

• Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Starbucks barista experience required
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
