We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Flight Support Teammate to join our Private Charter division. This role will own and manage all operations, planning, and logistics for our Private Charter services (jets and choppers), ensuring excellent customer feedback and being a trusted partner to the business.

Role Mission: The Operations Specialist will manage all aspects of dispatch and operations for our Private Charter division, ensuring smooth logistics for all departing and arriving flights.

This role reports to the Private Jet Charter Lead and COO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Charter Operations: Manage helicopter charters from customer requests to trip operations, supporting the team as needed.
• Flight Coordination: Oversee private charter (jets) trips from booking confirmation to post-flight follow-up for 50 monthly flights.
• Customer Service: Be hyper-responsive to member inquiries and requests, tailoring a bespoke experience for each flight and ensuring fast and effective seven-star service.
• Flight Monitoring: Handle day-of-flight logistics and follow up to resolve any issues or delays.
• Compliance: Ensure flight following from lift-off to touchdown, adhering to all FAA and company regulations.
• Coordination: Coordinate trips and paperwork with relevant authorities (operators, customs, FBOs, etc.).
• Communication: Partner with customers, pilots, vendors, and brokers to ensure accurate and timely handover of flights (gas, crew, pilot).
• Collaboration: Work with the Charter team to track and analyze operations issues, identify ways to improve processes, and avoid common pain points.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations with a track record of building lasting relationships with your team, members, and operator partners
• Knowledge of Avinode and Flyeasy platforms (preferred)
• Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure strong client interaction
• Previous experience with part 135 operations, including knowledge of aircraft range, capability, and crewing (preferred)
