Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Qualified to perform all security service duty assignments as prescribed in applicable rules, plans and procedures.
- Access control supervisor
- CCTV Supervisor
- Creates and revises security policies and procedures
- Develop Staff in technical and professional skills
- Ensure all regulatory compliance and records are available
- Assist with staffing for Special events
- Schedule work shifts
- Provides accurate and up-to-date information for officers to complete their duties.
- Ensures Security Personnel are trained, qualified and equipped to perform assigned duties in the manner required under this contract.
- Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
- Meet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
- Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Must have Supervisor experience
- Must have security experience
- Possess at least an associate's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years progressive progressive management experience
- Pass an extensive screening process
