Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:The GSOC Operator is responsible for answering routine and emergency calls and alarm monitoring. They also provide primary and secondary security service support by monitoring systems and taking action in accordance with the clients’ established processes to handle both normal course of business activities and critical events, including escalation to our clients’ management team.
The GSOC Operator is stationed inside a secure security office within the building. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of internet search engines such as Google and Bing are required. Operators will be handling all calls for the client all across the US. Attention to detail and organization are a MUST. Must be 21 years of age or older. Prior security or military experience is a plus, but not required.

- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and translate detailed reports into a computer
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement Experience Preferred
