SalaryMust have at least 5 years of manager experience. Must have a college degree. Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be over the age of 21. Must be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process (background and drug). Must have Manger, Supervisor, or Team Lead experience. Must have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! Salary
- $22.00 / Hour
- Bi-weekly pay periods
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
- Meet regularly with the client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
- Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
- Ensure 100% compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations in assigned account
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Enforce client procedures, regulations and standards
- Maintain GardaWorld Operating Metric’s
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
- Must have great time management skills
- Must have great problem solving or mitigation abilities.
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have the ability to stand and sit and walk for long periods of time.
- You're good with reading and write and speak English.
- Must be proficient on the computer ( IE: Word, Excel, Outlook,ect.)
- Experience with CCTV, access control and alarm monitoring programs a plus!
