At SimCorp, we believe that efficient business operations within our Education Services Team are crucial to delivering high-quality educational programs. The role of a Student Assistant Business Coordinator is essential in supporting our team to ensure smooth and effective processes that enhance our educational services. With your assistance, we can continue to meet our high-quality benchmarks and accomplish our aim of offering enriching educational experiences. What will you be responsible for? Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents for the Education Services Team. Contribute to the management and modernization of educational databases, safeguarding the integrity and privacy of all student and program records. Conduct research on educational trends, compile data, and present findings to support program development and improvement. Facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting emails, reports, and other educational correspondence. Support the planning and execution of educational events, workshops, and conferences. Assist with various educational projects, providing organizational and logistical support to ensure their completion. What do we value (our requirements)? We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, organized, and ready to support our Education Services Team. Our requirements include: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field. High ability to complete multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in an educational environment. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks, especially in educational materials and records. Advanced written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment. We welcome the benefit of added expertise: Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Experience in planning and coordinating educational events. Ability to analyze educational data and generate reports. Experience in providing excellent customer service, especially in an educational setting.
