Summary:The Legal Intern will support Simeio’s Legal team in a variety of legal matters, including compliance, privacy, intellectual property, etc. The Legal Intern will report to Simeio’s General Counsel. This position is located in Simeio’s Alpharetta office. Simeio offers a hybrid work model. Responsibilities:
Review and analyze a wide range of commercial agreements and vendor agreements, such as master services agreements, IT agreements, consulting agreements, software license agreements, SAS agreements, contract labor agreements, property lease agreements, letters of intent, NDA’s and other agreements as needed
Prepare various reports on contract risk and legal team SLAs
Assist with contract compliance and tracking.
Draft correspondence, contracts, and other documents for attorney review
Conduct research on a variety of topics and prepare memorandums for attorney review
Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and organizing legal documents and correspondence
Support other legal projects and other additional responsibilities as assigned.

Potential interest in pursuing a legal career
Pursuing a college degree, law degree, or paralegal certificate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills, operate with a high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
A self-starter with drive to perform at a high level with a hard-working team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to cooperatively interact with all levels of personnel
Well-versed in MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint for data analytics
