Simi Capital Group is a Real Estate Development and Private Equity group focused on various asset classes. The Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The intern will support project management, market research, administrative tasks, and communication with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

The intern will assist with various tasks alongside our teams. This will include underwriting, investment analysis, budget, marketing, and organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing and writing market research.

• Obtaining and analyzing market and investor information and statistics.

• Perform research for and maintenance of investor database.

• Assist in the due diligence process for properties in contract.

• Assist in underwriting new opportunities via excel models.

• Assist in the design and preparation of property info sheets and marketing materials.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Form of Real Estate work experience
• Pursuit or Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
