Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the right parts and accessories for their vehicles and vehicle repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stocked and organized efficiently.
- Process orders, handle transactions, and manage returns with professionalism and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a parts department or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
