About us:
The Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC) is a global Jewish human rights activist organization that confronts anti-Semitism, hate, stands with Israel, defends the safety of Jews worldwide, and teaches the lessons of the Holocaust for future generations. About the role:
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for financial budgeting & forecasting for the organization. In this role, you will need to create assumption decks, revenue expense & capital expenditures, timing models, financial summaries and analysis for both on a profit & loss and cash flow basis. You will work closely with senior management and staff to help quantify the organization’s financial plans and strategy while creating rigorous processes and procedures that support the organization’s transition and growth plan.

You have strong interpersonal skills and a data-driven mindset with a strong track record with fostering accountability through well-defined targets and metrics.
This position reports to the VP/Controller based onsite in Los Angeles five days a week.
