IT Security Analyst

Arizona - HQ

Travel 10% (if applicable):

As a IT Security Analyst, you will….

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Updating existing security systems

• Creating disaster recovery plans

• Gathering and assessing user feedback on how to improve the effectiveness and user experience of systems and programs.

• Creating various security policies and updating employees on the guidelines to follow

• Assessing existing computer systems for
• security issues and risks

• Creating and verifying security plans with third-party vendors

• Assessing and testing any new software and technology

• Conducting training programs for security programs and protocol

• Creating incident reports as necessary

• Overseeing data access and data maintenance

• Assessing any security breaches and identifying vulnerabilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Cyber Security, or related field

• Security , Network or equivalent

• Knowledge of Security Management Frameworks

• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure

• Knowledge of Network Monitoring Solutions

• Data Analysis

• Communication skills: Must have the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, present to senior management, and influence key decision-makers.

• Business acumen: Understanding the organization's business and its objectives. This includes knowledge of the organization's products, services, customers, and partners.

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in security related role
• Medical industry experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
