Position Overview:

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Imaging Recruiter to join our team and focus on recruiting talented radiologic technologists and professionals from imaging educational institutions. This role will play a crucial part in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growing network of outpatient imaging centers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract new graduate radiologic imaging professionals, particularly from campus settings and educational institutions.
• Build relationships with radiologic technology programs, educators, and career services to promote SimonMed Imaging as an employer of choice.
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and campus visits to engage with students, graduates, and faculty.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various imaging technologist positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in recruiting, particularly in healthcare, radiologic imaging, or related fields is advantageous.
• Knowledge of radiologic technology programs and educational pathways preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to drive results.
• Travel is a key component of this position and candidates should be prepared to spend up to 50% of their time traveling to locations throughout the United States
