We are seeking a Yard Jockey - Warehouse Position in Nanticoke PA

You will be responsible for safely conducting Warehouse duties and performing work while operating forklifts and equipment for a large distribution fulfillment center. In addition to driving equipment there will be other warehouse duties assigned such as sorting, palletizing, packing, labeling, and other various responsibilities. Lifting is required of up to 50 pounds throughout the shift as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Various Warehouse Duties as assigned
• Safely operate industrial equipment -CDL NOT Required
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect and Maintain Equipment Safety
• Experience operating a yard truck/terminal truck
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Please note that this position requires The ability to work in various weather conditions is also necessary
• As a Yard Driver, you will be responsible for operating a yard truck/terminal truck to transport materials within our yard to various yard spots and dock locations
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck driving, industrial, or distribution related fields (2years)
• Commercial driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload which includes standing, bending, and moving on your feet throughout the duration of the shift, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
