50 - $17.50 / Hour $1,500 Referral Bonus (Per eligibility requirements) Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temp to Hire 1st Shift Job ResponsibilitiesReceives and reviews work order and parts for assembly to conduct testing.

Coordinates work order from customers schedules.Uses tools, presses and a variety of test stands and fixtures.Works from blueprints, lists, instructions (verbal and written) applying various procedures.

Ensures quality of product and follows all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures.Adheres to the quality management system and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides training to other employees in assembly and test methodology as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Must be able to stand 10 hours a day and work mandatory overtime.

Must have basic computer, math and industrial skills.Must be mechanically competent.Must have the ability to see near / distance / color.

Ability to trouble shoot problems and provide solutions.Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly and to communicate effectively with others.

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 40 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old
